Locations
“Commuter” for the C Zones. Located at Minges Coliseum and the Carol Belk Building, commuting students will park here and take ECU Transit to campus. After 5:30p.m. C2 permit holders on the Health Science Campus may park in the B3 and B4 zones.
C2 permit holders on Main Campus may park in the B1 lot CH-3 on College Hill during holiday breaks when Transit is not operating. C2 areas are indicated in orange on the map below. No overnight parking is allowed in any campus lot with any C Zone permit.
Returns and Exchanges
If you no longer need parking in the zone purchased, contact the parking office for a refund. If you would like to change zones for another available option please come to our office. For more information see our Refund Policy.
Permits/Registration not Transferable
You are not authorized to sell or give parking privileges to an unrelated vehicle or individual by fraudulently registering an unrelated vehicle or license plate(s). Violators are subject to citation, fine, and possible towing.
