2020 Student Refunds/Purchasing
Greetings Student Pirate,
We would like to share some important parking information with you. As you evaluate which option works best for you, please note that Transit will be offering reduced services to and from campus during the fall semester. If you have questions, please contact our office at 252-328-6294 or via email at parking@ecu.edu.
For students who already purchased a 2020-2021 resident parking permit:
If you would like to keep your 2020-2021 resident permit, click on the following link Keep Permit and follow the on-screen instructions by Friday, September 4. The deadline to complete this survey has passed, please contact our office at 328-6294.
If you would like to exchange your 2020-2021 resident permit for a commuter permit, click on the following link Exchange Permit and follow the on-screen instructions by Friday, September 4. You will receive a refund for the price difference. The deadline to complete this survey has passed, please contact our office at 328-6294.
If you do not want to keep your 2020-2021 permit, no action is required. A refund for 90% of what you paid will be processed back to your credit card or bank account per the Parking Refund Schedule.

For students who are still using their 2019-2020 permit and wish to purchase a 2020-2021 permit:
Students may purchase a 2020-2021 resident or commuter permit by logging into Pirate Port and selecting Parking and Transportation beginning September 8th at 8 am. To complete the process, select the get permits tab and follow the on-screen instructions.
