College Hill Steam Line Project

Beginning December, 16th 2019 work will begin on the College Hill Steam Line Condensate Replacement Project. The replacement of the aging steam lines on College Hill will require the southbound lane/spaces of College Hill Drive to be closed for the duration of the project and the northbound lane, including parallel spaces to be reconfigured to two-way traffic. Along with the new traffic pattern, Southbound pedestrian paths will be designated. Parking impacts from the project will be the loss of the CH-01 B1 parking lot on 10th Street and the parallel parking on both sides of College Hill Drive. The large B1 parking lot at the bottom of College Hill will not be affected during the course of the project. Vehicles displaced by the project may park in any other B1 spaces in the area as well as the B1 parking lot at the corner of 14th Street and Berkeley Drive. Additional parking is also available in the C parking lots North of Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. Thank you for your patience during this time of improvement for the University.
